These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TeamPosts.com and the TeamPosts software, connectors, APIs and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Vibe Works Studio LLC, a Colorado limited liability company located in Erie, Colorado, United States ("Vibe Works Studio LLC", "we", "us").
1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, checking the box at sign-up, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for all activity under your account, and for giving us accurate information. Tell us immediately at support@teamposts.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
TeamPosts crawls publicly available pages of websites you submit, evaluates them against search-engine-optimization ("SEO") best practices, and provides scores, recommendations and tools. Paid ("Pro") features may include AI recommendations, keyword research, content generation, automated fixes applied through a connector you install, Google Search Console integration, rank tracking and competitor analysis. We may change, add or remove features at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes that reduce paid functionality.
4. Websites you scan
You may only submit websites that you own or that you are authorized to analyze and modify. You represent that your scanning and any changes applied through the Service are authorized by the website owner. Our crawler ("TeamPostsBot") identifies itself, respects robots.txt and requests pages at a limited rate; see TeamPostsBot. You must not use the Service to test, probe or access any system without permission, to circumvent access controls, or in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) or similar state laws. Competitor analysis is limited to publicly available information.
5. Site tokens and connectors
Pro users may generate a site token and install a TeamPosts connector (for example a WordPress plugin, middleware or script) on their website. The token is displayed once and then stored only as a one-way hash and in encrypted form. You are responsible for keeping your token secret, for installing the connector correctly, for backing up your website before enabling automated changes, and for reviewing changes you allow to apply automatically. You can revoke a token by generating a new one and can disable any fix type at any time. Connectors are provided "as is"; you are responsible for compatibility with your theme, plugins, caching and hosting.
6. AI-generated content
Some features use third-party artificial-intelligence models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to generate recommendations, titles, descriptions, articles and other output ("AI Output"). AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before publishing it, for ensuring it is accurate and lawful (including advertising, endorsement, health, financial and professional-advice rules), and for any disclosures required by law. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the AI Output generated for you, subject to the rights of third parties and the AI provider's terms.
7. Plans and payment
The free plan is provided at no charge with the limits shown on our website. Pro is a subscription billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; your Pro access then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not store your card details — Stripe does. If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it keeps failing, move the account to the Free plan. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law. Unless required by law or stated in your order, fees are non-refundable. Paid plans include monthly usage allowances for features that rely on third-party services, such as AI writing and analysis, live Google data and text-message sign-in codes. When an allowance is used up, those features pause until the start of the next calendar month (UTC); all other features keep working. Current allowances are shown in your dashboard. We may change plan limits or prices with at least 30 days' notice for paid plans.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) submit sites you are not authorized to scan; (c) use the Service to send spam, generate deceptive, defamatory, infringing, hateful or unlawful content, or to create "doorway" or spam pages that violate search-engine policies; (d) interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or bypass limits or security of the Service; (e) resell or share access except as we allow; (f) scrape the Service or use it to build a competing product; or (g) use AI Output to impersonate others or in any way prohibited by the AI provider's usage policies. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
9. Your content and data
You keep all rights in your websites, content and data ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service. We may use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you or your website to improve the Service and publish benchmarks.
10. Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed, search-result data providers, Anthropic and your hosting or CMS. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them. Google, WordPress, Shopify, Django, Laravel, Node.js and ASP.NET are trademarks of their respective owners; TeamPosts is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
11. Our intellectual property
The Service, including software, connectors, design, text and logos, is owned by Vibe Works Studio LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service and to install our connectors on websites you are authorized to manage, for as long as your account is in good standing. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you. See our DMCA policy for copyright complaints.
12. No guarantee of search rankings
Search engines use private, frequently changing algorithms. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, revenue or other result, and scores and recommendations are informational estimates. Search engines may change how they treat any technique at any time.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, CONNECTORS AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT AUTOMATED CHANGES WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR WEBSITE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER VIBE WORKS STUDIO LLC NOR ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, RANKINGS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Works Studio LLC from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, websites you submit or modify through the Service, content you publish, or your violation of these Terms or of law.
16. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Account page, which permanently removes your websites, scans and fixes. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practical). Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing legal@teamposts.com and allowing 30 days. Any claim not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction; either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.
18. General
These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and any order) are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may update these Terms by posting a new version and, for material changes, by emailing you or showing a notice in the Service; continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
